Shipping, Delivery & Payments

Shipping Destinations

Avoid Archives currently ships to:

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

We reserve the right to modify the countries and regions we ship to at any time.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, promotions, holiday periods or other busy periods, dispatch times may occasionally be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom

3 – 5 business days

Europe 

5 – 8 business days

United States

7 – 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, transport disruptions, strikes or other unforeseen events.


Shipping Providers

We use trusted third-party shipping providers, including:

  • Correos

  • Evri

  • Other selected courier and logistics partners

We reserve the right to use alternative shipping providers where necessary.


Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring they are available to receive their delivery.


Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided;

  • Delivery was refused;

  • The parcel was not collected;

  • Multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful;

we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs incurred before issuing a refund.

If a customer requests that a returned parcel be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist in resolving the issue where possible.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Avoid Archives has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any shipping fees, return shipping costs, and courier processing fees incurred will be deducted from your product refund.

Additional payment methods may be displayed at checkout depending on your location, device or payment provider availability.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal and other approved payment providers.

Avoid Archives does not store full payment card details on its servers.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete;

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method;

  • Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
