Refund policy

Step 1: The Request (14 Days): You have 14 calendar days from the day after your package is delivered to notify us that you wish to cancel or return your order. You do not need to provide a reason. Hitting the deadline only requires submitting the request; you do not need to ship the item within this first window.

Step 2: The Return Shipment (An Additional 14 Days): Once you submit your request, you have an additional 14 calendar days to physically ship the items back to our facility.

The Exclusive Digital Portal: All EU returns must be processed digitally. Click the "Cancel your order" link located permanently in our website footer. Complete the brief two-step verification using your Name and Order Number to receive your immediate digital confirmation receipt. Please note that our support email cannot manually log withdrawal requests.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. If the item shows clear signs of depreciation from excessive handling beyond what is necessary to check the fit, we reserve the right to reduce your refund amount.

Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method. If a package is lost in transit and no tracking proof is available, we cannot process a refund.

Refund Timeline: We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we reserve the right to legally withhold the funds until we receive the physical goods back or you provide official proof of return tracking.

Item Condition: Items must be strictly unworn, unwashed, completely undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging intact.

Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for all domestic return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refund Timeline: Once your return is delivered back to our UK warehouse and successfully passes quality control, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
